RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Rodarte is currently offering free returns for items in new and unworn condition with tags attached within 10 days of your receipt of shipment with the exception of items marked SALE and Gift Card Purchases.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund (less original shipping cost) and place a new order.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all RODARTE and designer garment tags attached within 10 days of receipt.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

TRYING ON YOUR BRIDAL PURCHASE


In trying on your purchase, please avoid wearing perfume, makeup, and deodorant as these can leave marks or scents, which may make the item non-returnable. Please also avoid wearing jewelry when trying the garments on in order to avoid damage to the materials. Our bridal silks and materials are very sensitive and can easily damage. We further suggest trying on garments on clean surfaces so that the hemlines do not dirty. 


RETURNING YOUR BRIDAL PURCHASE

As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to return, let us know. You have 10 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps:

  • Authorize and create your return by emailing us at clientservices@shoprodarte.com. We will send a return shipping label once Rodarte has authorized the Return.
  • Package your item in the original packaging to ensure its safe return.
  • Send your purchase back to us using the return label provided via email.

Items must be returned to us unused with all RODARTE tags and designer labels still attached. All items must be in original packaging and in the same condition as sent out to you. Rodarte reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not adhere to our policy; such items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

 

FEDEX: Our Chosen Courier

To return with FEDEX, drop off your purchase at your local fedex store.

 

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please email  clientservices@shoprodarte.com if you intend to do this and send your purchase to the following address. You are responsible to share your tracking number with us.

RECEIVING A REFUND


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds are for product only and do not include original shipping cost.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If your return package shows as having been delivered but you haven't yet received a refund notification, we appreciate your patience in allowing us time to complete the return process. Please email  clientservices@shoprodarte.com with any questions.
